Q. Is there an additional cost for the e-trainer program?
A. Yes, you will be able to choose an e-trainer package that best fits your fitness goals and once the 30 day free trial period ends, your credit card will be billed automatically on a monthly basis unless you decide to cancel.
Q. How do I gain access to the e-trainer?
A. You will be given a temporary password to log in and create your own user name and personal password for 24/7 access 365 days a year.
Q. Is there a DVD workout routine available to purchase?
A. With our ground breaking e-trainer program, we have made it possible for you to download new workout material at your convenience and utilize our burn to learn feature.
Q. How can I get a DVD if I am unable to download one from my computer?
A. Please call customer service 888-489-4111 ext. #1 to order a DVD.
Q. How would I go about starting a workout routine/class using the transformer?
A. Just log onto www.gymflexfitness.com and click on the e-trainer section to select the trainer that best suits your needs and follow their instructions.
Q. Do you have a more advance e-training video for the more advanced users?
A. Yes, there are many different routines to accommodate every fitness level, check out the e-trainer section to find the right trainer and class for you.
Q. What if I need help with a specific exercise?
A. Please refer to the e-trainer and exercise pages for correct form and execution, if you still are having trouble with a specific exercise you may need to sign up for the e-trainer elite package which will enable you to contact an e-trainer.
Q. Some exercises seem too easy. How can I increase the resistance level?
A. To increase the resistance level you shorten the length of the resistance band.
Q. Certain exercises cause me pain. Is this normal?
A. If the Gymflex Transformer or any part of the e-trainer program is causing discomfort stop working out immediately and consult your physician.
Q. How long will I have access to the e-trainer program?
A. New customers will receive 30 days of free access to the e-trainer program, after this trial period, users will be subject to the monthly continuity fees of the program selected.
Q. What if I do not want to utilize the e-trainer program?
A. All customers receive the 20/20 workout poster and have the ability to order workout DVD’s from customer service.
Q. I am having trouble with www.gymflexfitness.com, what should I do and who can I contact?
A. If you are having any problems utilizing our web-site please call customer service and notify them of the problem.
Q. What is more important the number of repetitions of the exercises or a lower number done slowly and concentrated to reach maximum benefit?
A. With our resistance band workouts, it’s always best to have slow, smooth, concentrated movements. Your fitness goals will dictate the amount of repetitions and can be learned through our e-training program.
Q. If a customer has a question on a particular exercise will there be the ability to email an e-trainer for suggestions?
A. Yes, with the elite e-trainer package you will have access to e-trainers.
Q. Will the e-trainer be available in any foreign language?
A. At this time, e-trainer will not be available in any other language other than English.

A. The Gymflex Transformer is capable of doing hundreds of different exercises and variations.
Q. How many people can use it at the same time?
A. The Gymflex Transformer is the only home gym on the market today in which two people can workout at the same time, doing the same or different exercises, at same or different resistance levels.
Q. Does the Gymflex come in any other colors?
A. Yes, The Gymflex Transformer is currently available in black or grey with other colors coming soon.

Q. How do I maintain and take care of my Gymflex Transformer?
A. For best results, keep it stored indoors, keep all parts wiped down and in the stowed away position and out of reach of children or animals.
Q. What is the Gymflex Transformer composed of?
A. The Gymflex Transformer is made of a plastic resin body with reinforced steel frame. All parts are made of aluminum or high grade plastic, with the highest quality resistance bands available on the market today.
Q. What is included in the purchase of the Gymflex Transformer?
A. You will receive a Gymflex Transformer with all attachments, 20/20 exercise poster, Gymflex Owner’s Manual and 30 days of free access to the Gymflex e-trainer program.
Q. A selector knob for one of my resistance bands seems to be stuck. What should I do?
A. Stop using the transformer immediately and please call customer service.
Q. One of my Transformer accessories does not appear to fit properly. What should I do?

Q. What happens if I need new resistances bands?
A. Resistance bands are replaced free for life, you only pay shipping and handling, please call customer service.

Q. How many days it will take for delivery, are there any express charges for faster delivery.
A. Standard shipping time is usually within 10 business days. Please ask your operator for prices and options of express delivery.
Q. Is there a warranty or money back guarantee on the Transformer?
A. Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on the Gymflex Transformer, and Gymflex Fitness offers a 30 day risk free money back guarantee, for more information please see your Owner’s Manual.
Q. Will Gymflex pay for the return shipping?
A. No, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Q. How long will it take to process the refund?
A. Returns are usually processed within 45 days from the time customer is given a return authorization number.
Q. I'm missing parts, who do I contact and how soon can I get them?
A. You must call customer service and they will let you know how long it will take.
Q. A piece of my Gymflex Transformer appears to be broken. What should I do?
A. Stop using the Transformer immediately and please call customer service for new parts.
